Welcome to the SmartPath Fitness Outdoor Boot Camp in Vaughan. What do most people want when they start an exercise program? As one of Vaughan’s top personal trainers, I can easily say that most people want to get lean, toned and fit. For this reason, I created Boot Camp classes that focus on achieving those exact results. Ask yourself the following questions.

Are you frustrated with ...

    ... not feeling motivated enough to start or continue a fat-loss program?
    ... not knowing how to get fit on your own?
    ... not getting the results you want with other fat-loss programs?
    ... being fat and flabby instead of lean and toned?
    ... not feeling good about yourself especially without your clothes on?

If you answered yes, then this class is definitely something you should, at the very least, try. I am offering a one week free trial for anyone who is interested. Try as many classes as you like for 1 week and if you feel it’s not for you, simply walk away (hassle-free).  Why am I doing this one week free trial? I am confident that after experiencing just one week of this boot camp, you will know the above frustrations will soon be a thing of the past.

What does the SmartPath Boot Camp entail?

These classes entail a fusion of fat burning exercises, core conditioning, cardio (kickboxing) and resistance training all packed within one workout. This not only helps you save money but time as well. One of the keys to a successful exercise program is VARIETY! And that’s exactly what you get in these classes. Each class is different; you never know what to expect. No more monotonous, boring routines that cause your body to plateau and not get any serious results.

Where is the SmartPath Boot Camp?

The SmartPath Outdoor Boot Camp class will be held at Matthew Park (1 Villa Royale) located in Vaughan (Davos Rd. and Fossil Hill Rd.).  The closest major intersection is Rutherford Rd. and Weston Rd (North West Side).

More specifically, we meet on the track that surrounds the soccer field.  If you come late, we will be warming up on the track. 

(There are 2 parking lots; the closer one to the track is the parking lot off of Villa Royale Avenue)

What is the cost of the SmartPath Boot Camp?

  • Option 1: 1 Class is $25 (Pay as you go)
    Option 2: 10 Classes for $200 (This 10 session package expires after 5 weeks)
    Option 3: Purchase a Time Block Package (See Price Chart Below)

Each package allows you to participate in up to 4 classes per week!

Allow me to quickly explain the 3 options:

Option 1 is good for people who already workout 2-4 times per week and wish to do only one class per week to supplement their current workout program.

Option 2 is great for people who can only commit to 2 classes per week for 4 weeks or 8 weeks.

Option 3 is for people who intend on doing 3 or more classes per week. In my 10+ years of experience with fitness training, there is no comparison between the results people get when they train effectively 3 or more times per week than less than 3 times per week. If you want significant results in a shorter period of time then I highly recommend this option. 

I would like to say a word about the pricing. Some of you may think these prices are expensive but have you thought of the closest alternative? Joining a gym can cost you $40-$80 per month plus reputable personal trainers (ones that get fantastic results) will charge about $75-$125 an hour (per session). If you do the math, you will get numbers that are MUCH higher than the Boot Camp options I offer here. Actually, the reason I created the Boot Camp is so that I can train people who could truly not afford one-on-one personal training, but were serious about getting fit and transforming their bodies. Boot Camp is by far the closest thing to hiring a personal trainer and it comes at a fraction of the cost. Also, can you put a price on your health…on looking and feeling better?  

Is there a special rate (cost) for groups?

Yes; if you and 2 or more friends want to join, the prices are described in the chart below

How do I pre-register for a class?

Step 1 – Choose which block(s) you would like to register for the season

Step 2 – Register and reserve all the classes you would like to attend for your selected 4 week block  

To register for classes, email me at For example, choose the classes you would like to attend during your selected 4 week block such as Monday, Wednesday at 7:00 PM and Saturday at 3:30 pm. Note, be sure to register before classes get fully booked!

How long is a session?

The duration of each session is 1 hour.

Who can I invite?

You are welcome to invite anyone who is interested in experiencing a great workout and life-changing results. Also, if you invite someone to the boot camp and they purchase a package, you will receive one week of classes FREE. Refer 2 people who purchase a package and receive 2 weeks of classes free and so on. Now it is easier than ever to refer a friend to the SmartPath Boot Camp. Simply bring a friend and they get to experience a full week of classes for free to determine whether or not they would like to join. This free gift is valued at $50-$100 depending on how many classes they take advantage of during the week trial. Also, if you are not already a member and you are interested in the Boot Camp, you are welcome to take advantage of this one week free trial offer.

Do you need to be fit in order to participate in this Boot Camp?

This Boot Camp will cater to, and challenge, people of all fitness levels. If you are a beginner and feel like you are totally out of shape, don’t worry. You will not be the only one; in fact, most (over 80%) people who first come to my Boot Camp are not fit. As for the other 20%, you will also be challenged. You see, I have an exceptional ability to increase or decrease the intensity of all my exercises to suit your fitness level. To ensure the safety and effectiveness of the classes, I monitor everyone to ensure you are using the appropriate level of exercise. In other words, no one exercises too hard or not hard enough.

What do I need to bring?

All you need to bring is some athletic wear, an exercise mat, a bottle of water, a towel and a smile (positive attitude).
