One Size Does Not Fit All

You can hire Sal to personally train you at the SmartPath Fitness private studio or in the comfort of your own home.  You can get private training, group training, half hour sessions, full hour sessions or a combination of everything. You can exercise with Sal as often as you like or as little as once every 6-8 weeks so Sal can adjust your program and help you stay attentive to your goals. It is completely up to you. With Sal, there are no binding memberships, no sales pressure, just tell him what you would like and he will accommodate your needs.
