Sal will motivate, encourage, teach and assist you, every step of the way. All you have to do is put on your training shoes and follow your personal trainer's advice.

Sessions are fully supervised throughout, ensuring your safety, correct form and technique, and the speediest results. Exercises can be modified to suit all fitness levels and any injuries or restrictions.

Sessions start with a thorough consultation and health screening, and exercises are designed around your goals and your fitness levels. Sal will start you off with slow and comfortable exercises. Ranging from low intensity cardiovascular exercise, through to push ups and stretching, you can step up the pace when you feel ready.

Any injuries can be guarded, and rehabilitated where possible. See how quickly you can progress.
Usually increased energy levels and stronger limbs are reported within 1 or 2 weeks.

Please seek medical advice if you are taking medication or in risk factor groups as specified.

Results:
A minimum 8-12 week program of 2 sessions per week is recommended in order for results to appear. This will provide enough time to allow initial muscular adaptation, toning, and some weight loss.
