This option is a fun and economical way to get fit. You can work out with friends, family, colleagues or neighbours.

With all the benefits of our usual packages and training, Pairs and Groups training can be more affordable, more motivating, and more fun!

Your personal trainer can deliver workouts to groups of 2 or more people depending on certain conditions.

If you prefer to work out with a friend or if you want to set up a group with similar goals then it couldn't be simpler, get your group together today and your personal trainer will do the rest!
Costs per person are reduced, and workouts can be more enjoyable.

Results:
A minimum 8-12 week program of 2 sessions per week is recommended in order for results to appear. This will provide time for the initial muscular adaptations, toning, and some weight loss.
