When it comes to getting married, a considerable amount of time and money are spent planning the perfect wedding. Unfortunately, amid all of the planning, the most important component of the wedding gets neglected: YOU, the bride! A program of regular cardiovascular AND calisthenic exercise, increasing in intensity as your fitness increases.

Discipline and commitment will ensure results, with close monitoring of food and regularity of training, to ensure that your body will trim to your desired shape.

Exercise sessions can also come as a welcome de-stressor during the busy countdown to the big day.

Sessions are fully supervised throughout, ensuring your safety, correct form and technique, and the speediest results. Exercises can be modified to suit all fitness levels and any injuries or restrictions. If you are extremely busy or financially restricted, this program can be modified by dividing the sessions into 30 minute sessions.


Results:
Focusing on reducing body fat, an 8-12 week program of 2 sessions per week of regular cardiovascular and calisthenic exercise is recommended. This will provide enough time to see satisfactory reductions in the shape of your hips, bum and waistline.

Low intensity/High volume muscle toning throughout will leave the shoulders slender and photo friendly.
