An 8-12 week program of fitness training, dietary control, and self discipline under the expert eye of your personal trainer will reduce body fat, tone up the skin and muscles, and give you a body to parade proudly on the beach.

Maximum results will require discipline and commitment from you, but your personal trainer will explain how to organize your schedule best.  Your personal trainer schedules your workouts when it suits you.  

Sessions are fully supervised throughout, ensuring your safety, correct form and technique, and the speediest results. Exercises can be modified to suit all fitness levels and any injuries or restrictions.

Results:
Focusing on reducing body fat, an 8-12 week program of 3 sessions per week is recommended. This will provide enough time to see size reduction, and for muscles to become slender and toned.
